We want you to be happy with your purchase from TipTop Vintage.
We all make mistakes, and occasionally we buy something and then realise it is not exactly what we want. If you are unhappy with an item, please inform me at email@example.com within 2 days of delivery, and arrange for safe return of the item within 2 weeks. We will contact you with our return address. We will fully refund your purchase price (not however postage charges) within one week of receiving the item back from you as long as we receive it in the same condition as it was sent to you. To this end, please ensure you pack the item properly and have proof of postage with appropriate damage insurance.
Unfortunately items are occasionally damaged in transit. Should this occur, any items damaged on their way to you from us, must be photographed and emailed to us at the above address within 2 days. We will contact you with our return address. Please keep the packaging so that we may have full proof for our compensation claim from the courier or postal service.
